Public scans
The free CiteVano scan requests publicly accessible content from the website domain you submit. It does not log in to the site, alter the site, or intentionally access private network resources.
Information you provide
If you contact CiteVano or become a customer, we may process the account, contact, billing and website-access information needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
CiteVano may use infrastructure, analytics, communications and AI service providers to operate the product. Production customer integrations will be documented as they are enabled.
Retention and deletion
Operational data is intended to be retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, accounting and legal obligations. Eligible account data can be deleted on request once a direct support channel is operational.
Security boundaries
The public scanner rejects local/private network targets, validates redirects before following them and rate-limits public requests. No security control eliminates all risk, so the system is continuously reviewed as features expand.
